Add DMA configuration for DRAM refresh to XT build.

I've tested this now on two real hardware XT's and with the refresh now running it seems to be working fine.

No problem at all - happy to help! I did also test it this weekend on a Juko ST-12 and it works great on a V20 at 12MHz. 👍
