I have found the problem, maybe the CPU socket has a bad connection, and my Omega can work normally at the moment.
It's actually a power issue. When I replaced a more powerful power supply and fixed some welding errors, the problem was completely resolved.
Can you help me find the problem? The image of my Omega MSX2 is not displayed properly, which is reflected as a fast flicker. At present, I only inserted a small number of ICs, such as Z80, 82C55, VDP, ROM, RAM, VRAM, and a small number of 7400 chips, just to narrow the scope of the problem. I tested all the clocks and found them to be normal. I use composite output, and use NTSC's V9938, currently I press 82C55 with my hand, the image will change. When I press the VDP with my hand, the image will also change. Maybe it is the problematic IC? Or maybe my IC socket is in poor contact with the IC?
