Cannot init audio system #177

I'm getting this error when trying to use BetterPushBack

2017-11-28 15:26:19 BetterPushback[wav.c:184]: Cannot init audio system: device open failed.

X-Plane 11.10r1 MG Dornier DO-328 Log attached

Will try other planes as well.

I ended up resolving this issue but cannot remember how. OH that's right. In the Config window for bpb there is an option there to set the audio output, you need to set this.

It would be better that the plugin confirm there is an audio output set and error on that explicitly.
