Flight Factor 777 error #279

Every time I have the Boeing 777 and try to use better pushback, I get an error message: NOT TUG SOUNDS FOUND. Any idea why - HELP? It works with the 767 and 757 from flight factor. I use MAC. thanks

Without a Log.txt, I can't help you. Please post the Log.txt from the your simulator.
