updated graphics.txt to include 鏽 and 鏢 #2

I've added strokes + medians for the following two characters. The strokes and medians values are based on existing characters with slightly adjusted spacing between the radical and the other part to make them align better.

I actually have this tool that can automatically extract this information from the glyphs in a font. For instance, I just used it to get data for 鏽 and 鏢.

Using the tool, I can compute data for about 100 characters in an hour. The results are as good as the font used as input - in these cases, pretty decent, in my opinion. Do you have a list of characters you'd like the data for? I can use the tool to compute it.
