Error retrieving Youtube videos through your API? #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.If I try your API explorer here: 
https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/search/list with this parameters:

part: id, snippet
maxresults: 1
order: viewCount

And I press execute

I get this video:

"videoId": "xfeys7Jfnx8"
"title": "Nice Guys"

2. Its an error, isn't it? I should get the most watched youtube video that is 
PSY- Gangnam style

This seems like a Youtube API issue and not PHP client specific.

Yep! It worked OK 10 days ago, but now is not working correctly
