missing data source #2

Dear Dr. Kissler,

In the figuremaker.R file you import a csv file at line 217 as /Users/sk792/DropboxHarvard/Projects/Wuhan/data/2020.02.11R_ili_x_pos_pct_SARS.csv Could you please indicate the source?

Dear Enguang,

Thanks for catching that! That data file is produced in the second associated Github directory, https://github.com/c2-d2/CoV-seasonality (in the R file).

In that version, the object of interest is called Reff.CoV_ili_x_pos_pct_SARS

I'll see about updating the repo so that it contains the data file!
