Doesn't switch provider after reboot - Pixel 8 March 2024 update

Hi

Just updated to latest version and latest version of Lawnchair too, I'm unable to change recents provider. After reboot Pixel Launcher is still the recents provider, Lawnchair becomes un-uninstallabled however. Resetting QuickSwitch makes Lawnchair uninstallable again so think it's doing the job but maybe there's a priority issue on the overlays side (remember seeing something similar here).

It was fine with the previous version on QuickSwitch and Feb 2024 update, now previous version just fails setting Lawnchair as recents provider.

I am having the same issue for Pixel 7 Pro March 2024 update. But the new update seems to have work.

It detects that I've change default home screen but doesn't change recents provider. Using QuickSwitch with Lawnchair 14.

Still have the same issue. Latest QuickSwitch version now give me an incompatible rom warning but I'm on a Pixel 8 with March 2024 security update and using latest lawnchair dev apk, tried the previous QuickSwitch version and doesn't change recents provider (Lawnchair gets systemized btw).

Same issue after updating my LineageOS 21 build, except with the latest release, it fails with a ROM incompatibility error. Previous releases don't fail, but also have the issue described.

@skittles9823 here are logs from both 4.0.2 (not working) and 3.3.1 (working).

I've tested 3.3.1 too on my P8 with March Security update and latest Goooler's Lawnchair release and got compatibility ROM error as I was getting with 4.0.2, 4.0.1 doesn't give any error but doesn't change recents provider.

For QuickSwitch to work on the latest Android 14, all the current PRs need to merged. Anyway, even after QuickSwitch is fixed, Lawnchair needs to be updated to work with QPR2 due to this issue: https://github.com/LawnchairLauncher/lawnchair/issues/4258.

On Magisk not APatch so unsure, however I downloaded a test release from the authour of this pull request if you check his repositories he has a release that works. I installed the release via Magisk Manager and was able to get Lawnchair Launcher working!
