Swapped KC_VOLD & KC_VOLU to match the keycaps #2

Noticed the volume buttons were backwards today. Updated accordingly. @skitzo2000, I've been making some changes / customizations to this to fit my daily use. I'll upload my current version to another branch on my fork if you're interested. I've added a couple dynamic macros, as well as made some minor adjustments to the lighting. Thanks again for putting this together. All it took was this example for me to understand the callback functions and the custom lighting features. I think I'll add CapsWord and Mod_Tap next.

Thank you so much for the code clean up @cbrompton. I do want to keep it simple and not to crazy. That was my biggest issue with most other templates I found for the GMMK pro, they were either the base template, or over the top and hard to understand. When I saw the two new gmmk keyboards I really just wanted to provide that solid base with just enough customization to open doors and not scare away new people. I had to buy both boards, but don't really use the 96% much.

Absolutely any function/notation/improvement you think helps to enhance that goal feel free to submit a pull request, and I will happily include.
