Added a utilities script that will contain... utilities. Will eventually add BetterSpokenNumbers as well to the utilities script. Escaped illegal values in Ivona script instead of get_stocks so that it's the last thing that happens before being sent to the TTS. Will add the same thing to Google and Pico as well.
