Fail without feedback, if just uploading SLIR as read-only to a server. #46

SLIR seems to need write access at least at first run (seems to take over 
sample config file as a config file).

The files can be copied by hand or the directory can be made writeable for the 
server. This should be mentioned somewhere...

It should give you an error message. Unless, maybe it won't if you have 
display_errors off.

In any case, this should be resolved by the installer.
