IDs should not be case-sensitive #97

When importing an object from JSON, IDs are case-sensitive but should not be.

For example, Ingredient Leather Strips has ID Skyrim.esm 0800e4. If you try importing a Module that references Ingredient Skyrim.esm 0800E4, it will not be able to find it and will not add it to the Module.
