feat(fe): show alert modal after editting problem score

Description

점수 관련해서 problem을 수정했을 때 해당 모달이 뜨도록 변경하였습니다. 시간관계상 일단 디자인 디테일은 부족합니다...

problem과 contest create시 뜨는 모달도 삭제하였습니다.

명진님께 노션 댓글로 물어본 사항이 있긴 한데 사소한 거라서 일단 리뷰가 우선이라고 생각해 PR 먼저 올립니다!

Problem에서 점수 관련 수정 시, ‘주의’ 모달 생성
