Angled Instruments #44

If an instrument is angled a certain amount of degrees, do I need to use parentheses when specifying the number of degrees? i.e. Angled 25 Degrees or Angled (25 Degrees)

mwmalinowski commented 10 years ago

Angled (25 Degrees) Another example: Angled (25 Degrees Upwards)

The Curvature section needs to be changed to reflect this

sklar-careym commented 10 years ago

OK, so lets say an instrument is Angled Upwards. is it 'Angled Upwards' or 'Angled (Upwards)'

mwmalinowski commented 10 years ago

In our Curvature field we've been doing Angled Upwards but I'd be open to hearing arguments to the contrary.

sklar-sherryp commented 10 years ago

For consistency I think the specification of the angle should always be in parenthesis. For example, Angled (25 Degrees) or Angled (Upwards).

Once we decide I will add to the guide.

sklar-sherryp commented 10 years ago

Making an executive decision and adding to guide. If we decide not to go with using the parenthesis the way I've got it, I will revise.
