Multi-Cut: is this a trademarked brand? #56

Generally what we call Multi-Cut Utility Scissors are called Universal Utility Scissors (or Universal Utility Shears) by competitors.

For my Owens & Minor data projects I entered Universal as the Family, Utility Scissors as the Product, and "Multi-Cut Shears for Bandages, Clothing, Light Plaster, and More" in one of Owens' Adjective fields.

I do not believe that I've seen Multi-Cut anywhere outside of Sklar; nor have I seen a ™ near Multi-Cut in Sklar's web/universe data.

Can anyone clear this up?

The only thing I have been able to find referencing Multi-Cut was for a Stryker Endoscopy Multi-Cut Scissor. It appears though that it is no longer being manufactured. Where I could find it, I did not see that it was trademarked.
