DeBakey & Cooley Style Teeth #72

@mwmalinowski Should the 1x2 and 2x3 DeBakey Style Teeth and the 2x2 Cooley Style Teeth be the only examples in the Working Surface Style? I was always under the impression that these three variations were all that was available, but now I see there is a 3x3 Cooley Style.

Until recently I had only encounered 1x2 Debakey and 2x2 Cooley. According to the Geister guide you found there are only 1x2 or 2x3 and 2x2 or 3x3. If we can find an example of 3x3 then we should include it, but I don't think I've ever encountered one.

I have not been able to find an example of a Cooley 3x3. I used the Foxit Reader to go through the competitor catalogs and nothing came up. I tried a general Google search and couldn't find an example. Given this, should I even make mention of it?

I think we should still make mention of it because we know it exists (even though we can't find an example)
