Should we also rename the document Web-Data-Style-Guide?
The document is named README.md; the repository is named data-style-guide. If we rename the repository it will break any existing links/bookmarks to the repository.
I don't think we should rename the repository. It would make more sense, in my mind, to have a single data-style-guide repository. The repository could have multiple style guides for data in different contexts (e.g. web data style guide, universe data style guide, etc.).
The document, thus far, has been named README.md because that's the standard file name that github loads for the repository's home page.
I think we should specify somewhere at the top of the document that these data style rules are currently limited in scope to web data; they don't necessarily apply to data naming for catalogs or for Universe.
