Number 4 in our Death Catalyst countdown.

We need to know:

What are the main causes of accidents? It could help to break it down as:
- Activity that has accidents
- Additional factors that increases / decreases the risk of accidents (Alcohol, drugs, texting)
Make sure this doesn't include professional accidents
How we can reduce the risk of dying in an accident (seat belts, airbags)
How can reduce the risk of having an accident (don't text/be on the phone)
Questions we can ask

Make sure that we find the most probable and relevant accidents. NOT ALL accidents.

Limit accidents to 'murcia.
