As a User I would like to be able to login so that I can have my information saved between sessions.

Elaboration

Users need to login using their username and password.
If a user tries to go to any page without first logging in, it will take them to a log in page.
The user should also have the option to create an account, if they do not have one.
Styling is not part of this story, only functionality and the form.
