Antlr4 conversion and cleanup

This change:

Resolves all build warnings
Converts to antlr4 and switches to a package dependency on the antlr4 runtime. I know this project added the antlr source to remove the dependency, but I think there could be licensing issues with that decision since it doesn't appear the license was retained. Additionally, this seems to introduce a barrier to keeping antlr up to date.
Changes the target framework to netstandard2. All .net core frameworks using netstandard1.x have reached EOL.
appveyor build environment to use VS 2022
Updated all package dependencies to latest
Unit tests and "play" project to target .net 7
Adds a pre-build step to generate the lexer and parser from the grammar; generated code was gitignore'd. This currently assumes that antlr.exe is installed and available globally via PATH. I'd guess there are cross-platform concerns since the exe would be windows only. @sklose, I'd need to understand more about the build environment to know how best to proceed. Edit: Should be cross-platform now, but I don't have a 'nix environment to test.
Updates major version number. I don't know of any breaking changes, but the antlr4 changes seems like it could warrant this.
