Description of the Issue

Running reicast only shows Illegal instruction (core dumped)

Debugging Steps Tested

• First was using Lutris to use reicast
• Then used snap to install reicast by itself

@luserx0 : snapcraft was broken? Is broken? Is fixed now? This stinks of invalid binary ... Please explain issue and move all snapcraft issues to a single thread so people know what's going on.

A PR fixing what's reported as broken was issued 25+ days ago, it lacked reviews. Closed it down. Opening a new one immediately to fix what's broken
