add cheat system #1500

Add a cheat system or fix disc swap & get the GameShark & other discs like it bootable

cheats are already working with the libretro core.

What format is that on??? Is there a working windows reicast... (& If so what are the keyboard controls + where is the menu) Very new to this whole beta testing anything... Much apologies for being a newbie to the scene... Mahalo for any & all assistance you may be able to give me...

Mostly trying to play Skies of Arcadia & Grandia 2... Any other games would be cool as well.... Apologies for the novel

So far Android reicast is the best booting Dreamcast emulator even over PC... My opinion...

Retroarch dreamcast emulation is totally useless it crashes every time i start a game. So is there a really serious reason why don't you want to implement this feature ? Or at least save states ? i can't come up with any racional sane reason why such features are so taboo.

We do support savestates, though the code around them is very fragile.

Both features are not taboos, we're just focused on far more important things right now, like cleaning up and refactoring the code, adding tests to ensure stability and such.
