Bliss Box / dreamcast usb adapters support #779

Bliss box is an interesting (and open source, too) adapter that supports extra stuff like a real vmu, etc. Would be quite interesting to support something like this, as it further blends the difference between a real Dreamcast and reicast! DIY version

The API Tool for the Bliss-Box is about to release. It's source code will be on git soon. Yuo can see how it write to the vmu via HID feature reports.

@skmp I have one and am going to look into adding support. A while back I helped ulao fix twin stick support on the bliss box so it works now, so I’d love to get full twin stick emulation working in Reicast for VOOT where it detects them as actual twin sticks. My dream is to have upscaled 2 player VOOT using 2 instances of Reicast with serial link and 2 twin sticks on one machine! ❤️

But one step at a time...I’ll look into full HID/native bliss box support first and go from there haha
