Have you tried other games than Sonic Adventure? Do you see the Dreamcast logo at boot?

Can you post a screenshot of what you see if anything?

Nope only white screen but bios sound ia normal

Emu setting and menu is visible i have tried shenmue and skies of arcadia got same issue like sonic adventure

I can somewhat say that since r19, Sonic Adventure stopped working properly (blackscreen after Sega logo, freezes before the title screen). Returning to r8.1 makes it work.
