Resident evil CV sound issue. #81

This issue is present in all versions of reicast ive tried (latest build and playstore). The sound of the rain is interrupting every 1-2 seconds when you are outside.

What device are you running this on? Are you sure the issue isn't related to the hardware?

This is a very old bug from the nullDC days, iirc
