Description of the Issue:

After getting the lightspeed shoes in the sewers, you can't get out cause Sonic can't get the third ring during a lightspeed dash.

This type of reports would benefit from save states. A few steps before it happens.

If possible, can we get repro/debugging steps tested in the future? (What you did right before the issue occurred).
