RFC: reorder document structure, putting client parts separately #12

Idea for a different document structure, putting the client request parts separately. Would like feedback if this is easier to follow or not.

I like this structure. Makes AutoAuth more about the conversation between the IndieAuth enpoints, and separates the random-client-to-auth-endpoint almost like an extension for how to initialise the flow.

I think that's a good idea to have the first part be only about the actual required bits.
