Build for Py 3.11 as well #558

Try a simple fix to build for Python 3.11 as well.

@tbonald Please let me know if there is something more I can do, this should (in theory!) be a simple change, but as a maintainer myself I know that nothing is ever really simple :)

Python 3.11 is now available (see version 0.31.0). Thanks for the suggestion, @cmutel !
