Feat/break graph cycles #564

Modifications:

(new algorithms, added tests or documentation)

algorithm: get cycles from a directed graph by using dfs
algorithm: break cycles for a cyclic-directed graph by using dfs
test: add tests for get_cycles and break_cycles from root
tutorial: add detect and break cycles instructions in the cycles tutorial notebook
