Deprecation notice #306

Clarify deprecation of the old app/api/integration and link to the new integration.

Planning to release this as v1.2.13 with the same message in the release notes so users (hopefully) see it in HACS

Thank you @Farfar for all the work you've put in to this project. ❤️

OK with me. The codebase is not viable anymore to maintain with all of the changes to the apps and APIs from Skoda/VAG. And you are doing great work with the new library and integration 😃
