Fixes #14

I made the following changes:

new colors, styles and logo implemented
new font (ubuntu) added
new favicon added
links in the header deleted, the footer fixed at the bottom of the browser-window
H1 and div "main-content" added on content-pages
inline-styles deleted
deleted some variables (because they were not in use)

I must admit that I prefer the current version over the new one. @sroertgen and me played around it in the browser and think that two adjustments would improve this:

Remove the shadowed boxes around every post in the post list
Unfix the footer.

Or would this go too much against the branding basics, @kaimertens ?

I placed the fixed footer because otherwise it would be in the middle of the content-pages. That's not a good solution.

I also use the shaded boxes on the website. In this way, the blog connects visually well with the website. Without any lines and separated spaces the blog layout looks empty and a bit unstable. So I wouldn't make any changes.
