Add a Github Action which deployes the gatsby build to the branch 'gh-pages'

The RSS link at the bottom yields a 404 (https://skohub-io.github.io/rss.xml).

I think the leading / needs to be removed, so it would point to https://skohub-io.github.io/skohub-blog/rss.xml.

I can confirm this. On the plus side, feed detection works fine: When I enter https://skohub-io.github.io/skohub-blog/ in my feedreader on the phone, it will detect and add https://skohub-io.github.io/skohub-blog/rss.xml

This is strange since it worked for me after this commit https://github.com/skohub-io/skohub-blog/pull/4/commits/ffb886ae6c5f802c4b61548ca2e3742a4f225b39 Did you click the link Fabian provided in the comment or the link on the page? 🤔
