Deleting a once selected concept fails #49

To reproduce:

  1. Go to the editor: https://skohub.io/editor/
  2. Add URL and title
  3. Add any two different concepts in "About"
  4. Remove one of the concepts clicking on the x
  5. Click publish

Result: Although the deleted concept is not shown in the JSON, the resource is published to both concepts.
