Mentioning a SkoHub concept on Mastodon #37

This is rather a discussion thread what should actually happen when a SkoHub concept is mentioned on Mastodon.

I just tried out what would happen in this case: https://openbiblio.social/@lobid/104370658014918516

I expected that

  1. the post is being delivered to the concept's inbox
  2. the post is then wrapped and re-posted by the concept.

At least 2.) didn't happen, I am not sure what actually happened with regard to 1.).

Generally, I could imagine that a mention – at least if it contains structured data we expect from notifications to the inbox (which currently is not constrained at all) – would be "boosted" (Announce action) by the concept to its followers.
