Show users of skohub in README

Hello there,

I think we already discussed this, but I want to suggest again that we should add a section in the README, where we provide information about users and maybe usage scenarios of skohub-vocabs.

So these users come to my mind:

• ORCA.nrw: https://comein-nrw.github.io/vocabs/index.de.html
• hbz: https://skohub.io/hbz/
• WirLernenOnline: https://w3id.org/openeduhub/vocabs
  • Einbindung von mit skohub-vocabs veröffentlichten Vokabularen in edu-sharing Software
  • Einbindung der Vokabulare in ETL-Prozesse zur Metadatenharmonisierung
• OER-Metadatengruppe:
  • Veröffentlichung und Pflege von ... Vokabularen
• Curricula-Gruppe:
  • Veröffentlichung und Pflege von ... Vokabularen

Something like this and of course in English, but I think you get the idea...
