182 path prefix #184

Since this seems to work and solves the pathPrefix and baseurls issues, I suggest merging this branch with dev.

This will close #182 and #130

@dr0i Do we need a second (functional) review from @acka47 or should we just merge?

If you push this branch to dev it will automatically deploy at the test server. So, just go on and merge. @acka47 may then have a glimpse at test for functional reviewing.
