fix scrolling and add tests #251

Scrolling was not working due to a change in a className when I implemented the tests.

Now it is working again and I added tets to test scrolling different screen widths.

This is deployed to test, e.g. https://test.skohub.io/sroertgen/test-vocabs/heads/main/w3id.org/kim/hochschulfaechersystematik/scheme.en.html ; Click "Expand" and scroll.
