fixes #254

Added test data to test correct parsing of scattered Concept Schemes or multiple Concept Schemes in one file.

Loos fine except for one error with the concept that is both in "Test Vokabular 1" and "Test Vokabular 2".

good catch. I forgot that I fixed these working on https://github.com/skohub-io/skohub-vocabs/tree/255-inSchemeArray

I will close this PR now and will open one if all related issued are solved.
