Support collapsing and expanding tree view #27

As a user I want to be able to collapse and expand the whole schema as well as parts of it in order to easily get an overview over a classification.

Yes, I think so. I am quite happy with this UI/UX: https://nwbib.de/spatial. Maybe we should even also collapse as default...

The second part works (collapsing/expanding parts of the schema) but the first part not yet as there is no button to expand/collapse the whole schema. Please add a "expand all"/collapse all" button.

However, as it is already a huge improvement over the status quo, you might as well deploy it now and add the buttons later.
