Currently the paths to concept schemes gets build using the concept scheme in the URL, e.g.

ConceptScheme https://vocabs.sodix.de/lernressourcentyp/ leads to this URL: https://vocabs.sodix.de/vocabs.sodix.de/lernressourcentyp/index.de.html

Since it should be possible to host vocabularies in one own namespace, this should be fixed.
