Support multiple types #63

Also, don't crash when no Concept or ConceptScheme is present.

The problem here seems to be that in https://github.com/hbz/lobid-vocabs/blob/master/lobid-vocab.ttl multiple rdf:type are used. https://github.com/hbz/skohub-vocabs/issues/55#issuecomment-558216659

Place lobid-vocab.ttl into data/ and run npm run build.
