Added responsive design functionality #3

Added setting to enable/disable responsive features. Added dynamic switching between grouped, stacked & normalized stacked bar charts. Added dynamic font sizing for bar charts to CSS Added ability to auto-collapse indented collapsible tree

Nice! One thing I noticed is that for a pre-existing grouped bar chart, I had to switch the Responsive setting from Yes to No and then back to Yes for it to start working. Very small issue, I'm merging this regardless.
