Batch Rollups Fail in certain data loads #316

This was caused by an SFDC issue related to the underlying Oracle query 
optimizer.  Certain data configurations would cause the ROLLUP CUBE operation 
to fail in the query. 

An apex-based cube has been coded to work around the issue until (if) Oracle 
resolves.
