Mass opps not created when contact exists on a account / org.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to create a recurring donation from a individual Contact.
2. Created it exactly like a B2B org from the account / org. , no opportunities 
created.  
3. Created a contact on an B2B org (not an individual contact) and this did not 
create any mass opp from recurring record either. 
4. Looks like the only time recurring donation creates mass donations is when 
there are no contacts?  Do you know why??

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect mass donation to be created. 
no donation are created in mass when there is a contact on the account. 

What version of the packages are you using?
1.66 or contacts & org
1.19.2 for recurring donations

Please provide any additional information below.

That is all, just does not create opps in mass when there is a contact on the 
account (regardess of what kind of account).

Most of the time this is tied to required fields or validation on the 
Opportunity object. In this instance though, you're running a very old version 
of the Contacts & Organizations package, which may be causing an issue as well. 
I'd recommend checking the Opportunity fields/validation, and also upgrading 
that Contacts & Organizations package (latest version 2.1.2 and can be found at 
nonprofitstarterpack.org)
