When modifying the Gender value from a Contact profile for an existing
client/contact, the new Gender selection is not correctly applied to any
existing relationship records.
For example, if there is a contact profile saved as a male with 3 relationship
records and the gender is changed to female, a check of the relationship
records will show that they each still display male titles, and do not reflect
the new female gender selection for the contact record.
