When I try to update the custom buttons to get them to prefill, everything is greyed out and I cannot access the fields because it is a managed package. How do I complete the necessary edits as shown in the screencast? #9

The screencast shows how to make a NEW button as opposed to how to edit the 
existing
one.  While the user cannot edit the managed code they can "turn it off" and 
then
activate their own button.

That said, it would be great to have a way to do the pre-filling.  The 
commonground
application has a nice way to do this that we could emulate.
