Cannot read public read-only buckets #109

For example, trying to read this bucket (http://s3.amazonaws.com/lidar_fema) I get an error trying to determine if versioning is enabled. Need some read_only option that bypasses these checks for buckets that one doesn't own.

Its just not possible to mount in somewhat public_bucket option: you must set access keys which are not actually required for access.
