Boundary vertices smooth transitioning #12

The boundary vertices at the junction of selected soft vertices and the original mesh vertices requires a smooth blend, perhaps some of kind of linear blend or weight propagation between the interacting bones.

a few verrtices are not being selected for corr. bones
