Better documentation of ossbuild patches #113

It would be useful to know which upstream bugs each patch goes with.  I found 
the information in the svn log for about half the patches, but not all.

Excellent point. Not every patch has an upstream bug report, though (e.g. 
souphttpsrc's patch to use "GET" instead of SOUP_METHOD_GET is not due to a bug 
per se in gstreamer itself, but b/c of MSVC and GCC interplay issues). But it 
would do us good to get our house in order.
