Realmedia support plugins are not loaded #115

rmdemux.vcproj does not build realmedia.c, which has the GST_PLUGIN_DEFINE 
macro that initializes the Realmedia support plugins (rmdemux, rademux etc.); 
so they don't appear in gst-inspect and aren't autoplugged by decodebin.

I was able to fix this by adding realmedia.c and pnmsrc to rmdemux.c
